Featuring work from Bon Appétit and La Cucina Italina. ESSENTIAL is the fourth installment and a tribute to the glue holding the fabric of society together during the pandemic, essential workers. This piece encourages the viewer to pay special thanks to the BIPOC food workers who without, we would not eat.
